Pakistani-American actor and comedian Kumail Nanjiani has teamed up with actor Dave Bautista for the new action-comedy movie ‘Stuber.’
The 20th Century Fox has released the first trailer for ‘Stuber’, the buddy action-comedy directed by Michael Dowse which follows an Uber driver named Stu who picks up a Los Angeles Police Department officer in the middle of the search of a killer.
Many shenanigans are lined up in the film, as Bautista is a cop who needs an Uber ride and is on a hunt of a drug dealer with a lead he urgently needs to trace.
On the other hand, Kumail is essaying the role of an Uber driver who was only seeking a five-star rating but is now stuck in a hot pursuit of dangerous criminals.
Alongside Nanjiani and Bautista, the film is also starring Natalie Morales, Mira Sorviro and Karen Gillan along with other notable stars.
‘Stuber’ will hit theaters on July 12 2019.
