A harasser in India had the least idea of what he was getting into when he made obscene and disparaging remarks about a passing female, whose retaliatory reaction has brought her immense praise from all around.
The woman alongside her friend on the bustling streets of the Ghaffar Market in Karol Bagh was being trailed by a group of four to five men who were relentlessly throwing abhorrent and derogatory comments towards their way.
The women, in the hopes of evading the situation got on to a cycle-rickshaw but when the pesky behavior did not stop, the woman got off and started slapping one of the harassers. She then hauled him towards a police station and lodged an FIR against the accused.
The two harassers arrested have been identified by police officials as Abishek and Manish from Charkhi Dadri in Haryana.
The woman’s valor has become a guiding light for victims of harassment with comments of admiration pouring in from all around.
Two months ago, another case of harassement had come to surface where a drunk man inappropriately touched two women at the ITO Metro Station.
