Bollywood actress Sridevi died of a cardiac arrest on Saturday night at the age of 55.
The sudden death of the Indian actress came as a shock to millions of her fans around the globe as well as her colleagues in the Indian film industry.
Many took to Twitter and other social media sites to express their grief over the demise of the Bollywood diva.
Katrina Kaif in her Instagram post termed Sridevi's death as an "unbelievable tragedy" .
Quantico star Prinyanka Chopra took to Twitter to offer her condolences to "every one who loved Sridevi".
London Mayor Sadiq Khan also mourned the demise of Bollywood acteress and shared a picture of himself with Sridevi which was clicked during his recent visit to India.
Pakistani fans including film stars, musicians and sportsmen were also equally saddened by the death of Sridevi and used their social media accounts to offer their condolences .
