Birthday bells are ringing for Bollywood beauty Vidya Balan as the versatile and immensely-talented actress turns 38 years old today.
Stealing the limelight every time she appears in a movie, Vidya Balan embodies beauty, but with brains.
It is said that the actress, like always, will celebrate her birthday with close friends and family.
“My birthday has always been very simple. It has always been a family affair. When I was single, I used to wake up my parents at 12 am and ask them to wish me. All my birthdays have been with them.
"Now that I am married, I celebrate it with Siddharth (Roy Kapur) and meet my parents over lunch. This year I am thinking I should do something," Kahaani star said.
Vidya Balan won innumerable awards and accolades for her exceptional performances time and again. The actress was awarded with a Padma Shri back in 2014 by the Indian Government.
She also won a National Film Award and several Filmfare awards for playing strong protagonists in her films.
