Lindsay Clancy update: Lone holdout juror 'not afraid' of threats, 'remains' on the job

With Lindsay Clancy's hearing tomorrow, eyes are on Michael Desronvil, the sole holdout on the jury who refused to convict her.

But since he made his stance public, he has faced heavy criticism from the opposition camp.

Even some of his fellow jurors criticized him publicly. But Desronvil's lawyer Edward Paltzik said his client is undeterred.

In an interview with Fox News, the attorney said, "Michael’s not afraid. He’s not running."

Despite facing death threats, according to his lawyer, Michael is apparently still working on his job.

Paltzik has not revealed the details. Details about his residence are also reportedly being kept confidential for his safety.

Desronvil's attorney hinted previously that he was staying at "an undisclosed secure location" in rural New England.

But amid these threats, he was also receiving substantial support from others.

A section of the public backed his position and even set up an online fundraiser that has raised $400,000 so far.

Also, Kayleigh McEnany, an anchor at Fox News, said DesRonville will not attend court tomorrow, where Clancy makes her first appearance since the mistrial.
