Miley Cyrus finally finds peace after wild 20-year journey in spotlight as new album drops

Miley Cyrus is celebrating her latest studio album, which she said is a depiction of her wild "20-year" journey in spotlight.

The Flowers hitmaker, whose new LP titled Bass Persuades releases today, September 18, took to her Instagram account to share a raw introspection on her 10th album and how creating it was a blissful experience.

"This album happened fast but that's been my life for 20 years," Miley began. "Once I started wishing to land a role that would make LA my home it's been nonstop."

The Disney alum continued to gush, "This album is a reflection of everywhere I've been along the way and the peace that came with starting to slow it all down.

She further expressed her gratitude to her fans, noting, "Thank you for celebrating this release with me. It's a special record and it's bliss to share with you. Love always."

"BASS PERSUADES. THE ALBUM. LETS GET MARRIED. THE VIDEO, OUT NOW!!!," Miley concluded.

In the celebratory post Miley has also shared rare insights into the making of the album.

The post has garnered 136K likes, 3.4K comments and 3.5K followers reshared the carousel so far.

This came after the music video of the track, titled Let's Get Married, featured in Miley's new album was released.

Miley dedicated the song to her fiance Maxx Morando, who she has been dating since 2021.
