Exes Kim Kardashian and Kanye West show up for North's solo concert
Kim Kardashian, Kanye West reunite with a distance for teen daughter North's big night
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West showed up to support their daughter North West at her first solo concert this weekend, but kept their distance from each other.
A video shared on TikTok shows the two watching the 13-year-old perform from separate sections of The Vic Theatre in Chicago on Saturday.
Kanye, 49, recorded his daughter's performance from a balcony with his own group of friends, while Kardashian, 45, watched from a different balcony with hers. Kardashian also shared videos on her Instagram Stories showing the packed, sold-out crowd cheering and jumping as they waited for North to take the stage.
North performed songs from her debut EP, N0rth4evr, and reportedly played some unreleased tracks as well. The concert comes about a month after she canceled a planned tour with rapper Molly Santana, which had been scheduled to run from August 5 to August 17.
This wasn't North's first time on stage. She's performed alongside her father before, including during his SoFi Stadium comeback concert in early August, where the two performed their collaborations together.
Kardashian and West, who were married from 2014 to 2022, have three other children together, including Saint, 10, Chicago, 8, and Psalm, 7. It's unclear whether the younger kids attended North's show.
Both parents have now moved on romantically. Kanye married Bianca Censori in 2022, while Kardashian has been dating Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton since earlier this year.
