Alix Earle feels 'intimidated' by Alex Cooper: What happened behind 'Hot Mess' podcast

Alix Earle has finally broken her silence on her ongoing conflict with Alex Cooper.

In 2023, the 25-year-old American media personality started her Hot Mess podcast under Cooper’s Unwell Network, but their partnership could not last more than two years and eventually the podcast was dropped.

Notably, things took an ugly turn between them when Earle reposted a TikTok calling the Call her Daddy podcast host the “Grim Reaper” and addressing her allegations directly in a TikTok video; she asked her to share where their “beef” started. In response, Earle said, “OK on it!!”

In her recently released reality television show Earle Meets World, she claimed that Cooper “betrayed” her.

While conversing with her father, Thomas “TJ” Earle, Earle expressed her true feelings by saying, “I just get scared because everyone tells me not to fight with her. Because they always win and they always come out on top. She even said to me, ‘You don’t want to go to war with me.’”

“I know no matter what I’ll say, people will have a problem with this. She’s probably going to have a problem with this and attack me after or twist and manipulate whatever she wants to say about me. That’s scary. That’s where I’m like, ‘Should I be doing this?’ But I know what I’m signing myself up for,” she quipped.

Earle went on to reveal that she was not informed about the culmination of her Hot Mess podcast by the Unwell Network and since the unfortunate incident happened, she admitted to being “scared” of Cooper.

“I’m just intimidated. I don’t know what she’s going to do or how she’s going to twist things. I always hope that karma or something would do its thing one day and, um, karma’s taking awhile,” Alix Earle confessed.

It is pertinent to mention that Earle Meets World is scheduled to be released on Netflix on September 4, 2026.
