Katie Price gets fresh start tattoo as husband Lee Andrews remains in Dubai jail

Katie Price has unveiled a dramatic new addition to her tattoo collection, this time a huge floral design across the top of her thigh.

The former glamour model, 48, showed off the intricate new inking on Thursday, revealing that it carries a personal message about moving forward.

According to Katie, the floral design represents “growth, renewal and leaving the past behind” and symbolises “new beginnings.”

The tattoo comes amid ongoing drama related to her marriage to businessman Lee Andrews, 43, whom she married in January after a whirlwind romance.

Katie has continued to publicly support Lee through his legal troubles and was recently seen wearing her wedding ring again. However, she also appeared to hint at emotional turmoil earlier this week with a series of cryptic social media posts about being hurt and surviving difficult times.

One post read, “My side of the story doesn't matter anymore. Life happened, it hurt, I healed, but most importantly, I learned who deserves a seat at my table and who will never sit at it again.”

She also shared the words “I survived” along with a message about remembering those who helped her, hurt her or abandoned her during difficult periods.

Katie did not clarify what prompted the posts.

Meanwhile, uncertainty continues to surround Lee’s situation in Dubai. Although reports previously claimed he had been released from Al Awir prison in July, it has since been alleged that he remains behind bars.

The Sun reported that Lee has allegedly been telling fellow inmates each week that his release paperwork has been sorted, only for him to remain incarcerated.

Lee was taken to Lahab police station in the Dubai desert on July 10 and was reportedly attempting to raise a £120,000 fine.
