Prince William’s defender comes forward about his ‘CEO’ speak

Prince William has been facing accusations of being ‘work-shy’ for many years now, and it started well before Kate Middleton got diagnosed with cancer, leading to an even higher pool of missed engagements after the fact.

Some say it is because he is aware of the added responsibilities Kingship brings and wishes to pour into his young family, but Dan Wakeford, founder of Celebrity Intelligence recently spoke to Fox News Digital with a different take.

In his eyes, “William is extremely good at setting boundaries and not working during the holidays, protecting his kids’ privacy and his wife’s mental health. There’s some criticism of that. Some critics snipe at that and think that he’s ‘work-shy’ or a little bit lazy. But I think William is working more like a CEO and being very strategic with his time.”

Mr Wakeford also argued, “he studies the monarchy in a way to help make it survive and keeps a boundary around his real life and his relationships so that he doesn’t get burned out, and he can do the best job possible.”

Near the end he also referenced the most recent polls and said, “the poll numbers show that he’s extremely popular, and he’s doing a good job.”

For those unversed with the percentages form the polls, Prince William stands at 74-76%, even higher than his father who has 62%
