King Charles 'privately contacted' Prince Harry for major reason, royal expert claims

A royal expert has made a major claim regarding King Charles and Prince Harry’s relationship as the Duke celebrated his 42nd birthday on September 15.

In his latest piece for Naughty But Nice substack, royal expert Rob Shuter has claimed that Harry’s birthday brought private messages from several members of the Royal Family including King Charles.

The monarch ‘privately contacted’ his younger son Harry, while Princess Anne, Prince Edward, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie also sent birthday wishes, insiders say.

The close confidant claims to Rob, “The King reached out because Harry is still his son, and Charles wasn’t going to let a birthday pass without acknowledging that.”

“Other relatives felt the same. Nobody wanted to turn Harry’s birthday into another royal battlefield.”

The royal expert explained that for Harry, the birthday delivered a complicated message: “Several doors inside the Royal Family remain open”.

It is Prince Harry’s first birthday in Britain after returning from California with Meghan and their children Archie and Lilibet.

Harry and Meghan returned to UK on August 26.

Following their major move, there were claims Harry had reached out to his father King Charles.

Speaking to The i Paper, the close confidant said the Duke and his father have spoken privately since his return even as tensions between the Palace and the royal couple spill into public view.
