Prince Harry, Meghan Markle receive stern warning after UK trip
King Charles hosted Prince Harry and his family at Highgrove House on July 10
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been advised to refrain from speaking publicly about their recent meeting with King Charles.
For those unversed, the Sussexes and their kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, met King Charles and Queen Camilla at Highgrove House on Friday, July 10, during their trip to England.
The meeting between the couple and the King and Queen was reportedly kept "top secret."
Now, royal expert believes Harry and Meghan should not utter a word about King Charles' reunion.
Renae Smith told The Express that Charles and Camilla allegedly wanted the reunion kept under wraps.
“I think we’re all naturally curious. Family reconciliation is always a compelling story," she said. “But if I were advising Harry and Meghan about this, my advice would be incredibly simple: say absolutely nothing. Literally nothing."
"Don't do interviews about it [or] hint about whether it was warm or awkward. Don't reference private conversations on podcasts," she advised Harry and Meghan,
Renae also advised the pair not to lead the narrative. According to her, Meghan and Harry should let Charles and Camilla handle it.
She explained that if they shared information about the meeting, any gesture of goodwill from their side would “disappear."
“The moment private family conversations become public content, any goodwill generated by that meeting disappears," said Renae.
“Silence here would actually speak volumes. It would show restraint, maturity and perhaps a genuine desire to rebuild family relationships privately rather than publicly," added a royal expert.
