Zara McDermott makes 'insane' confession about Louis Tomlinson: 'It's beyond horrific'

Zara McDermott recently revealed when she misses her boyfriend Louis Tomlinson the most.

For those unaware, McDermott and former One Direction member Tomlinson have been dating each other since 2025. They were rumoured to be in a romantic relationship in March 2025 but did not confirm their romance until August when they went Instagram official.

The 29-year-old English reality television personality posted a video on her YouTube channel, admitting that she struggles to sleep when she is away from her boyfriend, who is currently on his How Did We Get Here? 2026 World Tour.

Voicing her feelings, she said, “It is really, really strange. I filmed three shows in the space of a month and I've been to America and back. That's actually insane when you think about it.”

“I would genuinely say my sleep situation, especially this last couple of weeks, has been beyond horrific. I was thinking the other day, this must be what it feels like when you're in the newborn trenches or when you have a child.”

“This is the second time in the space of seven nights that I actually have not slept the whole night. Like when I say not slept the whole night, I mean I haven't had one second of sleep. I have laid there the entire night,” the Love Island star explained.

McDermott went on to confess that she has become “so used to being in bed with” Tomlinson. Also, they spend most of the time together, and the only thing that temporarily separates them is their work commitments.

She quipped, “I feel a bit discombobulated and I'm all feeling all over the shop, and then he's not there, and I sometimes just lose slight bearings of where I am and I don't have him with me.”

“I find it like, it's really strange, I have never been the kind of person to fall asleep in the middle of a TV show or anything, but when we're together, I'm knocked out, I'm gone, I'm literally gone, the best sleep of my life,” Zara McDermott unveiled.

It is pertinent to mention that Louis Tomlinson’s How Did We Get Here? tour, which started on March 23, 2026, in Hamburg, Germany, will end on October 24, 2024, in Brisbane, Australia.
