Following the announcement, Rod also issued a heartfelt statement apologizing to his fans.
"My apologies to my family of fans. I am on vocal rest as I recover from a sinus infection," said Rod.
"I look forward to seeing you at a future show at Caesars Palace or on tour this summer," added the 81-year-old singer.
Additionally, it was revealed that the Forever Young singer will make a comeback to the stage on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, and will also play at the same location on June 4 and June 6.
