A concert special honoring Rod Stewart will air tonight as the Recording Academy and CBS join forces to pay homage to the singer.
Forever Young: A Grammy Salute to Rod Stewart will give fans an “all-access concert experience” featuring footage from Stewart’s recent shows in Hollywood, Florida, according to Rolling Stone.
The special will include archival footage and interview segments with the Grammy-winning singer, “reflecting on his extraordinary life, devotion to his family, and enduring passion for performing,” said a press release .
Sir Rod Stewart recently made headlines for his comments about US President Donald Trump.
At an event celebrating the 50th anniversary of the King’s Trust this month, Stewart told King Charles that the monarch was “absolutely superb” during his recent state visit to the US, adding that the king “put that little ratbag in his place.
”The singer faced backlash from Trump supporters for calling the US President a “little ratbag.”
