Yungblud stalker fails to show up in front of magistrate, being sought by authorities
Yungblud stalker is also accused of flouting a ban on attending the rockstar’s concerts
A woman suspected of stalking rock star Yungblud is being sought by police after she was accused of flouting a ban on attending his concerts.
Theresa Foley, of Sheffield, is prohibited from contacting him or his team, going within a mile of a venue where he is performing and posting about him online.
Foley is accused of breaching the terms of a five-year stalking protection order, imposed at South Yorkshire Magistrates' Court in January, by shouting at fans queueing to see the star perform in London in April.
The 52-year-old was due before Highbury Corner magistrates on Monday accused of breaching the order, but failed to turn up.
Magistrates have now issued a warrant and authorised police to arrest her.
The stalking protection order was made on January 7, barring Foley from contacting Doncaster-born Yungblud, whose real name is Dominic Harrison, or any members of his entourage.
Under the terms of the order, which was made after police presented evidence of behaviour associated with stalking, Foley cannot attempt to contact him or attend venues where he is playing, and she must not create or distribute social media posts about the singer.
Prosecutor Tom Gill told the court Foley, also known as Lucie Black, was accused of breaking the order within three months of it being made.
"She has a go at people in the queue, then they find out she is not meant to be at this particular concert," he said.
"There is an order in place to protect the artist who was seemingly at this location,” the legal expert added.
It is understood a traffic cone was placed on Foley's head by Yungblud fans after she had allegedly started shouting abuse.
Meanwhile, Yungblud played two concerts at the Outernet venue in Charing Cross Road on April 3, before the start of his world tour which is now into the U.S. leg.
