Princess Eugenie and Beatrice have received an exciting news amid claims their cousin and future king Prince William has 'already banished' the York sisters from any chance at becoming senior working royals.

According to a report by The Sun, Sarah Ferguson and Andrew’s daughters are set to come in from the cold and join King Charles and Queen Camilla at this summer’s royal wedding.

They have been invited to their cousin Peter Phillips’ big day next month, it has been claimed.

The close insider said, “The Royal Family needs good news and nothing unites like a big church wedding.

“Beatrice is going and Eugenie is in the second trimester of her pregnancy but hopes to attend.”

The report further says they have been invited to attend the wedding of Princess Anne’s son as the monarch wanted them to remain part of the royal family.

The source says, “The King always wanted both to remain part of the family.”

King Charles has made it clear Princess Eugenie and Beatrice “are welcome at family events.”

Meanwhile, their father Andrew, mother Sarah and their cousin Prince Harry and Meghan have not been invited.

The fresh claims came after reports William’s feeling is that the monarchy simply cannot survive mixed messaging when it comes to the York scandal and the damage it has done to public confidence.

"He believes there has to be a very visible and consistent separation between the institution and anyone connected to that fallout, even indirectly,” the insider said and added, “From his perspective, allowing Beatrice and Eugenie to continue appearing at major royal occasions, mingling with senior royals and participating in prestigious public events risks blurring the boundaries the family has spent years trying to establish.

"He worries the public could begin to think the palace is quietly rehabilitating the Yorks by the back door, and that would undermine everything he is trying to build for the future of the Crown."
