John Stamos reflected on bond with Bob Saget in emotional social media post
John Stamos is paying a heartfelt tribute to his late friend and former costar Bob Saget on what would have been the late comedian's 70th birthday.
The 62-year-old actor took to his Instagram and posted an emotional throwback photo with Saget, which he described as their "last pic" together.
For those unversed, the Madagascar voice actor passed away in January 2022.
In the honorary post, Stamos shared a carousel of throwback snaps with Saget, including the "last pic" in the final slide.
In the picture, Saget and Stamos posed with their wives as they seemed to enjoy a sunset on a yacht in the middle of the waters.
Stamos penned in the caption, "We used to throw each other great birthday parties. Your 70th today would've been epic! I miss you and love you."
Other images showed Saget and Stamos performing onstage, Stamos hugging Saget as he sat behind a drum set and a goofy selfie of the pair.
A video was also included in the slides, which showcased Stamos and Saget singing together.
Friends and fans rushed to the comment section and expressed their love for the late comedian, who died at the age of 65.
It is pertinent to mention that Stamos and Saget acted together in their infamous ABC family sitcom Full House, which ran from 1987 to 1995.
The pair reprised their roles in Netflix's Fuller House streamed from 2016 to 2020.
