The Duke of Edinburgh, who is a vice patron of sports, visited Scotland last week reveals prize medals.

Turning to their Instagram on Thursday, The Royal Family page captions: “Taking a look back at last week's reveal of the #Glasgow20,26 prize medals with HRH The Duke of Edinburgh.”

They add: “A milestone moment as we count down to the start of the Commonwealth Games.”

This comes as Prince Edward visited estranged brother, Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, at Marsh Farm.

One local observer told The Sun: "Royal Lodge was a hive of activity, even when Andrew was trying to lie low during the Epstein scandal, but now it's just a ghost town."

This comes as younger brother, Prince Edward and Duchess Sophie paid a visit to Andrew over Easter.

"It's true to say they both feel sorry for Andrew and how far he has fallen and they are worried about his fragile state of mind," a source revealed. "They do feel for him, but of course that doesn't excuse his behaviour."

The source added: "It's a difficult balancing act supporting him while not condoning what he has got involved with."
