Meghan Markle has apparently extended an olive branch to her father-in-law King Charles and Queen Camilla amid their state visit to the United States.

Meghan, who returned to social media last year, often delights her fans by sharing glimpses of her life on Instagram. However, in a rare and thoughtful turn, Archie and Lilibet doting mother has chosen not to post any photos or videos at this time—allowing the spotlight to gently remain on King Charles and Queen Camilla and his visit to the United States.

The royal fans see Meghan Markle’s move as an apparent olive branch to King Charles and the royal family.

Earlier, there were reports that in mid-2025, Prince Harry had also offered to share his official diary and engagement schedule with Buckingham Palace and Kensington Palace to reduce tensions and avoid scheduling conflicts with the Royal Family.

King Charles and Queen Camilla arrived in Washington DC to begin a four-day State Visit to the USA on Monday, on the advice of the British government, and at the invitation of President of the United States Donald Trump.

At the White House, the King and Queen were welcomed by President Trump and the First Lady.

King Charles also addressed a joint meeting of Congress, following in his mother’s footsteps after Queen Elizabeth II became the first British monarch to do so in 1991.
