Conflict erupts between Harry, Meghan Markle as Archie’s birthday nears
Prince Harry, Meghan Markle battle it out for Archie and Lilibet’s future, ‘titles or trolls’
Back when Prince Archie was still a baby a few images had released that featured his face, whether it be their Christmas card or others. But ever since the tots grew, social media has been seeing a lot of creative censorship in the works.
But with the prince’s seventh birthday quickly approaching there is chatter as to whether the public will finally see a proper image of the US-based royal.
Insiders who spoke to New Idea however warn Prince Harry is against this idea, and his reasons are multiple.
According to their findings, “this isn’t the first time this conflict has come up – and there are times it’s been Meghan holding Harry back from showing off pictures of their kids. But Meghan thinks it’s the perfect time to release a formal set of pictures of Archie for his birthday – especially now her Archie candle’s been released.”
Prince Harry on the other hand has other fears too, namely the chance that Archie and Lilibet may end up “losing their titles” if they keep pushing the lines between being royalty and monetising it,” according to the insider.
But that isn’t his only fear when it comes to his young children, the insider admitted. “he’s also fearful of trolls and putting a target mark on their young son’s back. He’s got enough to deal with – plastering his picture to the world online is going to change his life and not necessarily in a good way.”
This comes shortly after news agencies began reporting on Prince William’s plans for the Firm, some of which include bringing in lesser known royals like the son of Prince Edward, should he wish to take up the mantle of becoming a senior royal in the future.
Even royal biographer Tom Sykes wrote in his piece for The Daily Beast a warning that reads, “Prince William will strip Prince Andrew, along with all other non-working royals, of their HRHs and princely titles when he ascends to the throne, friends and allies of the Prince have (said).”
