King Charles, Queen Camilla told they cannot woo ‘orange maniac’
King Charles and Queen Camilla are advised ahead of their trip to the United States
King Charles and Queen Camilla are told they cannot bring Donald Trump to his best behaviour.
His Majesty and the Queen, who are visiting the White House this week, I told they cannot tame the orange man toddler in a scathing remark.
Writing for Mirror, Kevin Maguire notes: “Sending a pair of elderly Britons, Charlie and Camilla, to woo orange maniac Donald Trump leaves even veteran republicans like my good self feeling queasy.”
“My objection is rewarding bad behaviour by man-toddler Trump will only encourage a bullying enemy who declared economic war on Britain, imperils our security, contemptuously dismissed squaddies killed in Afghanistan and would gift the Falklands to Argentina,” he adds.
The expert notes: “Trump may, just may, be on his very best behaviour during this week’s royal visit but it will have as deep and long an impact as last September’s unprecedented second state visit to Windsor. Which is precisely zero, zilch, nowt.”
