Outspoken journalist Piers Morgan has suggested Prince Harry’s royal title for US President Donald Trump’s son Eric Trump.

Morgan has made these remarks after an internal Pentagon email suggested reviewing the U.S. position on the Falklands as punishment for Britain's stance on the Iran war.

Reacting to it, Morgan tweeted, “If President Trump wants to take the Falkland Islands away from Britain, then we must reclaim the United States.

“Perfect way to celebrate the 250th anniversary of American Independence.”

He went on saying, “King Charles can announce it to Congress next week.”

The journalist’s tweet caught attention of Eric Trump, who replied “Piers - I love you but it didn’t work out too well for you last time… start by taking back London and reestablishing freedom of speech. Just a suggestion…”

According to Reuters, the Pentagon email outlined options for the United States to punish NATO allies it believes failed to support U.S. operations in the war with Iran, including considering reassessing U.S. diplomatic support for longstanding European "imperial possessions," such as the Falkland Islands near Argentina.
