King Charles’ siblings are moving towards his side of the fence it seems, and the reason for this is their most recent visit, and bid to remind the monarch of his duty as ‘family’.

News of this inner conflict between the siblings has been brought to light by a well placed source that just sat down with Closer magazine.

According to their findings, while Prince Edward is said to have already visited his disgraced brother, Princess Anne is also staying connected, out of fear for his mental and emotional health.

But King Charles is standing ‘resolute’ against that because even though some might say he’s ‘cold’ the source explained, “it’s because he’s been trained from birth to protect the institution at all costs.”

They also claim that the monarch says he’s doing “his duty,” by doing this, “as uncomfortable as it might be,” and “he plans to stay the course regardless of what Anne or Edward have to say.”

That is not to say he’s fully understanding though, because the same insider recently broke down how angry he is at his family for questioning his decision with the ex-Duke. According to them, “now he’s angry with them because he doesn’t take kindly to being questioned or undermined. The atmosphere behind closed doors has turned very tense.”

“Ironically, this same dynamic has gone on for a lot of their lives,” they also said before blaming the age difference between the four.

“Growing up, it was always Andrew and Edward that were close, with Anne playing the protective older sister and Charles mostly ignoring them” they explained. “Charles and Anne are close in age, so they’ve always had a close bond. But he's so much older than Andrew and Edward, he never got close to them, and there's no doubt that's a factor in the way he has been able to deal with the situation.”

But “truth be told, some people feel that Charles almost sees Andrew as another problem to be managed” they also said before signing off.

As for what led Andrew to this plight, it’s a mixture of the accusations against him for misconduct while in public office (he served as a Trade Envoy to the UK) and also his connection to a child sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, whose files are being released by the Department of Justice. It even includes mentions of his ex-wife, as well as email correspondences.
