Andrew gave legal ultimatum to UK authorities released over calls to testify: New email
Government fears getting slapped with a lawsuit by Andrew over Epstein: New Email

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor would have sued the entire British government and Home Office had he been forced to testify against Jeffrey Epstein, and this is the real reason why he’s never been forced, despite pictures of him with the financer spreading all across the media.

For those unversed, the US Congress has been urging Andrew to step forward and do his part in sharing all that he knows about the convicted child sex offender. However he has continued to avoid any such calls to his person.

The only thing he has agreed to is a signed written statement, according to his lawyers and Express UK.

But with a lot of confusion over his ties, and questions as to why he isn’t just ‘made’ to do it, emails uncovered by The Sun show that such an effort failed.

According to that email it was clear that the government feared Andrew’s law firm the Blackfords coming forward with a challenging claim.

The email explains it in detail and reads as follows, “they [The UK Home Office] expect that once they approve the MLA and refer it to the police that the Blackfords will file a judicial review action.”

“In that action, they believe Blackfords will claim that the Home Office failed to follow its internal guidelines on reserving MLA assistance to those instances in which voluntary cooperation is not possible.”

Furthermore its also feared that that “Blackfords will argue that since they have offered voluntary cooperation as recently as early June, the Home Office failed to properly apply its internal guidelines, and the court should direct the Home Office to vacate its approval of the MLA request and send it back to the US to engage on a voluntary basis with the Prince’s team.”
