He said, “Recent anniversary trip to Oslo with @catjarman.”

Spencer also made a shocking revelation that he has left drinking a year ago.

Prince William and Harry’s uncle said, “In fact, a double anniversary, as it also marked the end of my first year of not drinking.”

About the impact of not drinking, Spencer said, “Never felt better.”

He continued, “Cat was in her home town - advising on the new Viking ship museum, which is stunning, and will open next year.”

Charles Spencer and Jarman met in 2021 before collaborating on a podcast and announcing their relationship in October 2024, following Spencer's separation.

Spencer revelations came a day after Meghan Markle and Prince Harry concluded their four-day Australia trip without their children Archie and Lilibet.

On the final day of their visit to Australia, they traveled to Sydney, where they spent time reflecting on memory and resilience, celebrating the enduring power of community – bringing their four-day visit to a close.

In the evening, the Duke and Duchess attended the Super Rugby Pacific match between the NSW Waratahs and Moana Pasifika at Allianz Stadium.

Following the game, the couple had the opportunity to meet players from both teams.
