Meghan Markle seemingly had mixed feelings about her trip to Australia back in the days.

The Duchess of Sussex, who visited Down Under in 2018 right after her wedding with Prince Harry, did not enjoy her time in public.

Speaking about Meghan’s awful experience, an insider tells Vanity Fair editor Tina Brown that Meghan wanted to go back.

The royal employee told the author: "So, Meghan must have been thrilled with it all... right? No. She apparently hated every second of it. She didn't understand why things were set up in that way. Instead of being excited when thousands of people showed up at the Opera House, it was very much like, 'What's the purpose? I don't understand this'."

It is further revealed that when Megan reached Sydney Opera House, she said to her team: "What are they all doing here? It's silly."

Prince Harry left the Royal Family back in 2020 alongside wife Meghan Markle and son, Prince Archie. The couple later accused the Royal Family of showcasing racism towards their son and publicly shared their grievances on television. Harry and Meghan now live in California, where they also welcomed their daughter, Princess Lilibet.
