Savannah Guthrie breaks silence after major update in mom Nancy abduction case
A fan says, "Happy Birthday to your Mom! Wishing her many more years of love, peace, good health and happiness!"
US TV anchor Savannah Guthrie has broken her silence after major update in her missing mother Nancy, who was abducted on February 1.
According to a report, the FBI recently received and is now analyzing potentially critical DNA recovered months ago from the Tucson, Arizona, home of Nancy Guthrie.
The Pima County Sheriff's Department has also confirmed on X, formerly Twitter handle, “PCSD has worked with the FBI since the beginning of the Guthrie investigation. This is not new information. The private lab we utilize in Florida continues to share information with the FBI lab & other partner labs across the country. DNA analysis remains ongoing.”
However, the close insider said the FBI is now using new technology to conduct advanced analysis on the DNA sample to see if it can lead to Nancy Guthrie's kidnapper.
Amid this, Savannah’s Today co-host Hoda Kotb took to Instagram and shared a family photo to mark her mother’s birthday.
Sharing the photo, Hoda said, “Happy Birthday Mom” followed by heart emoticon.
Fans and friends flooded the comments section with sweet messages for Hoda’s mother with one saying: “Happy Birthday to your Mom! Wishing her many more years of love, peace, good health and happiness!”
Hoda’s post also caught attention of Savannah, who extended love to the ‘mom’ by pressing the heart button.
