While conversing with PEOPLE magazine to promote their collaboration for Disney, the Different Man crooner said, "It took me hours to get it right.”

The hours-long effort to record the award-winning ballad “frustrated” him because he is “not used to staying in the studio for hours and hours and hours to try and do harmonies and sing soft.”

Walking down memory lane, Kane shared that he just left the studio and “went and sat on the front porch."

Katelyn also participated in the conversation and said the song was “totally out of our element."

"[Kane] knew it was a big song with two totally different styles — and he wasn't used to that. But from my background of singing, I was really used to that. So just hearing him in this different way was so beautiful,” the 33-year-old musician noted.

It is pertinent to mention that Celine Dion sang the song for the first time with Peabo Bryson in 1991, which became a massive hit, securing an Academy Award, Grammy, and Golden Globe. It secured ninth position on the Billboard Hot 100.

In 2017, John Legend and Ariana Grande’s rendition of the original song was released and it also became a huge success.
