Kelsea Ballerini admits she's 'reining it in' after years of 'oversharing'
The singer makes quiet shift in personal life after messy year
Kelsea Ballerini is focusing on herself at least for now.
In a recent chat during the E! Live From the Red Carpet, the I Sit in Parks singer confessed that she was a "chronic oversharer" and she is trying to reduce it.
"Right now, I'm back in my real life," she told the outlet during the 2026 Grammys.
Kelsea, who is nominated for Best Contemporary Country Album at the annual award show, went on to say, "I'm not writing. I'm just—I've always been a chronic oversharer. And I think for the first time, at 32, I'm reining it in."
"I think my life might just be my life for a while," she declared.
This came after Kelsea announced on her Instagram on New Year's Eve that she and boyfriend Chase Stokes had patched up after three months of their split.
Kelsea posted on her social media on 31 December, "Messy year for the heart, messy year for the outside coming in, messy year for the way it became an out of our hands portrayal of it."
"But what i'll say, and all i really care to share indefinitely with my personal life anymore, is that i really love love," she added at the time.
"I believe in it, i believe in him, and i believe in breaking patterns."
