Prince Harry has returned to the High Court to extend support for Liz Hurley.

The Duke of Sussex, who is currently in London, stood by the actress' side as she made her statement in the witness box on Thursday.

She said she believed “with all my heart” that her phone was tapped and her data was compromised.

rince Harry appeared in high spirits as he entered the witness box to unload on the Daily Mail publisher in explosive testimony.

The Duke of Sussex has arrived at the High Court to give evidence on the third day of the trial of his legal action against Associated Newspapers Limited (ANL) over allegations of unlawful information gathering.

Harry was scheduled to give evidence on Thursday, but opening submissions for the claimants and ANL concluded earlier than expected on Tuesday.

Prince William's younger brother is part of a group of high-profile claimants, which include Sir Elton John and his husband David Furnish, campaigner Baroness Doreen Lawrence, politician Sir Simon Hughes, and actresses Sadie Frost and Liz Hurley.

They are bringing legal action against ANL over allegations of unlawful information gathering.

“Today we reminded the Mail Group who is on trial and why,” Harry said afterwards.

The emotional core of Harry’s evidence lay in the personal toll. Fighting back tears, he told the court that media coverage had turned life for his wife, Meghan, into “an absolute misery.”

The legal battle had been deeply distressing for his family, leaving him wanting only an apology and genuine responsibility taken.
