King Charles’ decision to include Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie into the Christmas walk this year seems to have been made while at odds with his heir.

For those unversed, the former York sisters have been facing a lot of questions about their own future after their father received a royal stripping down, losing his right to his dukedom, his military honors and even his hereditary title of prince. This has not only effected the sisters, but also adds more of a spotlight on the Windsors.

Now, after having been overruled, sources say there is fresh palace infighting that’s just been ignited between the father and son because “William said it was a disaster waiting to happen,” according to a source who spoke to celebrity news reporter Rob Shuter.

Reason being “he argued the timing was toxic and that it would hurt everyone involved — especially the sisters.”

Whereas “Charles doesn’t like being told what not to do so “this quickly became about authority. He made the call even knowing William objected,” another insider reveals.

A separate insider even dropped another bombshell about which son King Charles has the hardest time with and Prince William was named because “Harry walked away. William stayed — and challenges him.”

Also, by staying, not just for his inheritance of the Crown but for change, some sources say he is “pushing for a tighter, future-facing monarchy that avoids old scandals,” according to Mr Shuter. “Charles, by contrast, remains inclined to close ranks and defy critics — even at the cost of fresh headlines.”

“The result? A Christmas meant to project unity instead exposed a deepening royal rift — one insiders warn could shape the monarchy’s future far more than the Sussex saga ever did,” he said before signing off from his piece.
