JoJo Fletcher gives update on life after welcoming first baby: 'It's crazy'

JoJo Fletcher recently got candid and opened up about her postpartum experience after welcoming a baby girl.

For those unaware, On Tuesday, December 23, the 35-year-old American TV personality delivered her first child, a girl named Romy Blair Rodgers, whom she shares with her husband, Jordan Rodgers.

Taking to her Instagram Stories, Fletcher posted a selfie of herself in which she can be seen wearing comfortable clothing while holding her newborn close to her chest.

She also wrote a lengthy caption on her photograph, giving an update about how life has been since she gave birth before the holidays.

The first-time mother began, "Hiiiii!! Mom & Dad and baby girl all doing good! In the newborn trenches so haven't had much time at all haha but wanted to say thank you so much for all the love and wishes. I'm recovering well."

Singing praises of her husband Jordan, Fletcher added, "Jordy is literally DAD goals. It's crazy how fast he took to it and has been a total rockstar caring for me and Romy."

Even though she is still in the "newborn trenches,” all the changes that come with the new experience make her only think about her "little angel."

"It's crazy what they say that you literally can be in full sleep deprivation mode but the second you look at her you forget it all bc the only thing you can think about is just how much you love this little angel," JoJo Fletcher remarked.
