Coldplay kiss cam woman addresses viral PDA moment with boss
Coldplay kiss cam woman Kristin Cabot and her boss Andy Byron's PDA moment went viral
Kristin Cabot is addressing her viral PDA moment with Astronomer CEO Andy Byron at a Coldplay concert for the first time.
"I made a bad decision and had a couple of High Noons and danced and acted inappropriately with my boss," Kristin told The New York Times. "And it’s not nothing."
She went on to say that she was separated from husband Andrew Cabot at the time of the concert.
In the viral video, Kristin was standing with Andy holding her from behind. The couple sprang away from each other when they were featured on the kisscam.
Coldplay frontman Chris Martin remarked, "Whoa, look at these two. All right, come on. You’re OK. Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy. I’m not quite sure what to do. I hope we didn’t do something bad."
Kristin added, "I took accountability and I gave up my career for that. That’s the price I chose to pay. I want my kids to know that you can make mistakes, and you can really screw up. But you don’t have to be threatened to be killed for them."
The video went viral globally and people recreated Andy dropping out of sight and Kristin turning and hiding her face.
After the incident, Andy’s wife removed hi from her Facebook profile and Kristin filed for divorce from her husband.
