Bad Bunny calls Mexico City 'home' during emotional tour moment
Bad Bunny delivered emotional speech during Mexico City tour stop
Bad Bunny expressed his love for Mexico City during his recent tour stop.
The musician, who performed the second of an eight-show run on Thursday, delivered a heartfelt speech about living in the moment and called the capital of Mexico "home".
At the end of the show, he said to the crowd, "I hope that you enjoyed this night... and that you keep enjoying it because it's still not over."
The Puerto Rican star went on to say, "Enjoy every moment that life gifts you. With my heart I tell you, with sincerity I tell you, don't give your energy to the negative. Don't waste your time listening to critics."
"Many of them are people who don't even know you. Don't live thinking about what could've been and in the errors of the past — we learn from them. What already occurred cannot be changed and nobody knows what is going to happen tomorrow."
While saying the lyrics of his hit song BAILE INoLVIDABLE, he told the concertgoers, "What we can do is live in the moment."
"If you dare, everyone put their phones away in this moment... If you wish to live an experience that won't be repeated, raise your arms."
During the second night in the North American country, Bad Bunny gushed over Mexico City at one point during the second act at La Casita Stage
"I like being a tourist in Mexico," he said. "Although you have all made me feel right at home."
"Only we understand the sentiment and the love we have for our land, our culture. So thank you Mexico for loving this Puerto Rican with all of your heart," he added.
