Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton continue to support Prince Harry in his cause close to his heart.
Archie and Lilibet doting father has a long, deep relationship with the children's charity WellChild, serving as its Patron for over 17 years (since 2007).
The Duke strongly supports its mission to help seriously ill children thrive at home, and regularly attending their annual awards to meet winners, offer encouragement, and raise vital awareness and funds.
Harry connects personally with the children and families, highlighting their resilience, while his presence brings significant platform and recognition to the charity's crucial work in providing nurses and support for complex medical needs.
Earlier this month, Prince Harry, as the Patron, released a heartfelt letter reflecting on the incredible strength of the WellChild community.
The charity shared the letter on its Instagram handle saying, “Our latest Impact Report is out today, including a letter from our Patron, Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex.”
Harry says in his letter, “Each year, as Patron of WellChild, I'm humbled by the extraordinary spirit of the WellChild community.”
He also reflected on the challenges facing families caring for children with complex medical needs.
He said in the face of immense pressure on health and social care services, WellChild continues to provide a lifeline: advocating, innovating, and ensuring that seriously ill children can be safely cared for at home and in their communities, wherever possible.
The WellChild charity is supported by over 22,000 followers on Instagram by following it including Prince William and Kate Middleton’s official handle @princeandprincessofwales which show the royal couple continues to support Harry in his cause close to his heart.
