Sarah Ferguson and her former husband Andrew have attended the christening ceremony for Princess Beatrice's daughter Athena at St James's Palace.
This is their first public appearance since losing royal titles.
According to the Daily Mail, Sarah and Andrew have ended their exile as they are attending the christening ceremony for Princess Beatrice's daughter Athena.
The baptism of Sarah and Andrew’s granddaughter took place today at the Chapel Royal within St James's Palace.
Kate Middleton and Prince William’s sons Prince George and Louis were also christened in the Chapel Royal.
Princess Beatrice and her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi gathered close relatives and friends to celebrate their second daughter.
Andrew and Sarah both lost their titles in recent weeks following their association with Jeffrey Epstein but laid low as they arrived and left the ceremony, discretely slipping in and out of the London palace.
As per the reports Andrew and Sarah arrived separately and left St James’s Palace following their granddaughter’s christening.
Sarah and Andrew attended the ceremony amid reports the former Duke of York is now seriously hoping for a 'romantic reunion' with ex-wife as they are set to move out of Royal Lodge soon.
Recently, the Closer reported Andrew worries Sarah could ‘throw him under the bus’ if left to fend for herself.
At the same time, the insider said Andrew has become aware that his romantic prospects have diminished drastically in light of the ongoing scandals.
The royal insider went on saying, “He still finds her very attractive and he’s so comfortable with her and let’s face it, he’s not going to have a lot of other prospects, he’s a social pariah in London now.”
“He keeps telling her they can do so much more as a team and that the best way forward is to rebuild what they once had,” the close confidant has claimed.
