Future King William makes major change to daily routine in surprising move

Prince William has made a surprising change to his daily routine after being inspired by his wife Kate Middleton, new reports have revealed.

According to Radar Online, the Prince of Wales has taken up cold-water swimming following in Kate’s footsteps.

An insider revealed that the Princess of Wales credits the icy dips with helping her manage stress and maintain her health after a cancer diagnosis.

During a joint appearance with William and Princess Anne on The Good, The Bad and The Rugby, Kate revealed that William finds the idea “borderline unhinged.”

However, his recent comments during a visit to Colwyn Bay revealed that William now enjoys the invigorating routine, saying it involves “a lot of yelling and screaming.”

William said "you feel great afterwards,” adding, "I love it. I do a lot of yelling and screaming when I get in."

Speaking on the matter, a palace source shared that the future King joined Kate not just out of curiosity, but to support her health regimen.

"William has come around to seeing that Catherine's regimen isn't just about pushing limits,” the source said.

They added, "She genuinely believes the cold jolt helps the body handle both mental and physical strain, and he wanted to be part of something that clearly supports her."

Another source revealed that cold-water swimmers from the Colwyn Bay Blue said that the Prince “mentioned he had begun giving it a try and was taken aback by how invigorating it was.”

“He joked that he still shouts his way into the water, but he also said the after-effects were remarkable."
