Isla Fisher bonded with younger costar using THIS gen z trait

Ariana Greenblatt found her gen z pal in older Now You See Me: Now You Don't costar Isla Fisher.

Ariana revealed that Isla, who’s mom to gen z kids, knows more slangs than her.

"Isla Fisher knows more slang than I'll ever know, because of her kids, so she's up there," Ariana told People.

Fisher shares three kids with ex-husband Sacha Baron Cohen and doesn’t post her kids on social media to protect their privacy. She told Marie Claire Australia in 2021 that they have a right to "just be kids."

"I want our children to have a normal childhood, being able to play outside without pressure or scrutiny," she added.

The Wedding Crashers star is an active and present mom. When she isn’t on set, she spends time helping kids with their homework and drops them off at school.

"It depends on the climate but ultimately I'm going with a sweatpant," she said of what she wears when going to school. "I know it's not cute. And a hoodie. That's kind of where I'm at right now."

"I know there's a lot of competition, there's blow-outs, tailored blazers," the actress added of the other moms. "But I cut myself some slack and just say, 'The fact that you've showered is a win. You're ahead of the curve, Isla. You got this.' "
