D4vd murder case catches fire again after bombshell discovery
D4vd sparks suspicion in teenage girl’s murder case amid ongoing controversy
D4vd has once again come under suspicion after investigators of the Celeste Rivas murder case maintained silence over his involvement in the brutal murder of the teenager.
The 20-year-old singer is now officially a suspect in the murder case, according to the latest investigation reports.
After social media flooded with theories and alleged proofs against the Here with Me singer, authorities have also declared D4vd, whose real name is David Burke, a major suspect, as per TMZ.
The reports detailed that LAPD insiders have informed that the Romantic Homicide hitmaker has been uncooperative in the investigation process, and Rivas was likely murdered in the spring.
D4vd is also said to have “had help in dismembering and disposing of the body.” While the investigators are considering the case a homicide, an official cause of death has yet to be declared.
The source told the outlet that detectives discovered that the singer had taken a late-night trip during the spring season to a “remote area” of Santa Barbara County, and allegedly remained there for “several hours.”
LAPD is reportedly investigating the details of this trip, but it is not revealed why it is key evidence in the case.
Social media sleuths quickly flocked to X and reacted to the news, with one writing, “Well it's about time. We all know he did it.”
Another added, “IMO D4VD, the close knit friends group, manager, and possibly even her family know more than letting on. Roll on toxicology.”
A third chimed in, “wdym ‘is NOW’??? i thought we already assumed he was when she was found in the back of his trunk…..,” and “About fu--ing time. They were likely just building as strong a case as possible, but once the images of him with her several years ago came out, that was a wrap,” wrote another.
While the internet is convinced that the singer was involved in the murder of the young girl, whose body was found in the trunk of his Tesla, the official investigation is only considering him a suspect.
