Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are returning back to their royal roots, according to a private letter sent to a friend.
In a new letter addressed to celebrity astrologer Angela Pearl, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex hinted that a future visit is on their radar after reconnecting with her during their trip to New York City last month.
Pearl posted the letter on Instagram on November 12, showing a warm message from the royal couple dated October 24. In it, Harry and Meghan thanked her for attending an event with them and praised her “energy and insight.”
But it was the closing line that immediately raised eyebrows: “On a separate note, we hope your family in Ukraine remain safe, and we look forward to staying in touch, especially as we look to visit Australia again.”
Parts of the letter were blurred, but the reference to an Australian visit was clear.
Pearl captioned her post, “Still in awe of this special evening. Thank you, Prince Harry and Meghan, for the warm invitation and inspiring conversation.”
Harry and Meghan last toured Australia in 2018 during their first major royal trip as a married couple — the same tour where Meghan announced she was pregnant with Archie, now six. The family, also consisting of four-year-old Princess Lilibet, now lives in California ever since stepping down from royal life in 2020.
While no timeline has been revealed, any travel plans are likely known to King Charles already.
Harry reportedly agreed earlier this year to share his movements with Buckingham Palace and Kensington Palace to prevent scheduling conflicts. He has upheld that commitment during recent trips, including his Remembrance Day appearance in Canada.
