Elizabeth Olsen, who is widely known for playing the Scarlet Witch in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, has discussed the chances of her return to MCU.
Olsen has been playing Wanda from Avengers: Age of Ultron until her character’s supposed death in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse Madness.
While addressing her potential comeback, the 36-year-old stated, “I’ve been really proud of what we’ve been able to make. Really proud.”
However, she also admitted that she does not have an answer about her return to the MCU.
In conversation with The Playlist, Elizabeth clearly stated that she has no idea if the Scarlet Witch will reappear. She also made it clear that she won’t be featuring in the Avengers: Doomsday.
When asked if fans could imagine her role in the forthcoming Avengers film, the Eternity actress stated, “Well, I can’t. Honestly, I do wait.”
“I want to see [her] return in this role because I think what they’ve done with her is really great, and I love the journey she’s taken. I think it’s always a fun one to get to go back into, and I just have no idea how or when, for sure.”
Olsen previously said that she feels lucky to be a part of the Marvel universe and she would always be open to the opportunity of returning back to MCU.
