Nicole Kidman has recently shared a few ways to heal after her shocking split from Keith Urban.
According to relationship expert Susie Kim, the actress’ “busy itinerary” is the best coping mechanism post her breakup.
Nicole could be seen attending Paris Fashion Week alongside her two daughters as well as she became the brand ambassador of Chanel.
Looking at the Babygirl actress’ schedule, Kim told nine.com.au, “I think it really helps to keep busy and reconnect with or keep engaged with all of the things that you love.”
Relationship expert noted that Nicole is passionate about fashion, beauty as well as family and all of this help her in healing from painful split.
“Usually during the break-up, you've invested less time in some of the things that you've loved, or maybe you've lost contact with some of your friends,” continued Kim.
Therefore, the expert believed that it’s important to keep “busy doing the things” that make Nicole happy.
“Get back into your really healthy routines, like exercise and seeing your friends and family,” stated Kim.
Relationship expert further said that the actress should “reinvigorate” her interests and hobbies and even discover new ones.
Meanwhile, Nicole reportedly filed for divorce from Keith after their breakup earlier this month.
A source revealed to PEOPLE that the actress has been “stressed because she knew the separation would eventually become public and she was dreading it”.
“But she's surprisingly level-headed and calm,” remarked an insider.
The source told the outlet, “Now that it's out she's just focused on what's ahead and her girls.”
