Sam Asghari makes shocking confession about ex wife Britney Spears

Sam Asghari opened up about his ex-wife Britney Spears and said he wished her “the happiest” in life. 

The 31-year-old actor was married to the pop icon from 2022 to 2024 and shared that he still looked back on their time together with warmth despite their split.

Speaking to Us Weekly, Sam said, “I just hope the happiest for her. And like I said before that, I celebrate the past, and it’s a big part of me, so I think everything should go well for her.”

Since parting ways with Britney, Sam has moved on with Los Angeles real estate agent Brooke Irvine. 

The couple made their relationship public in January after being seen together in November 2024 and he shared that things have been “amazing” between them.

Earlier this year, Sam also revealed that he encouraged Britney to sign a prenuptial agreement before they married to protect her finances. 

While speaking on the Trading Secrets podcast, the model explained, “I wanted her to have a prenup. I wanted to make sure she’s protected because throughout her life, everybody — I don’t know one person that’s ever been in her life that didn’t take advantage of her.”

However, the ex-husband of the music icon denied ever trying to use the singer’s fame for his own gain and reminded fans that they first met as co-stars on her Slumber Party music video in 2016. 

Sam added that he no longer worried about public opinions, saying his focus was on his own growth and doing what made him feel good.
