Buckingham Palace makes decisive move as Prince Harry arrives in UK
Mystery continues to surround Prince Harry's meeting with King Charles
Prince Harry has returned to the UK for his four-day visit which will include attending the annual WellChild Award ceremony.
The event also coincides with the third death anniversary of his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth. Last year, the Duke of Sussex had made a quiet visit to the grave to honour the late monarch. However, it remains to be seen if he would be joining his family at some point.
Moreover, there is also been a growing anticipation of a reunion between King Charles and his estranged son in the weeks following up to Harry’s arrival. The optimism surrounding the reunion grew after a peace summit was held between the King’s communication secretary and the top Sussex aides.
Meanwhile, Buckingham Palace is “remaining tight-lipped” on the possible meeting, shared royal editor, Rebecca English.
On Tuesday, he will be visiting Nottingham to tour the Community Recording Studio and make a substantial donation to the cause.
Apart from the charity awards and Nottingham visit, Prince Harry has confirmed engagements on Wednesday and Thursday with his other patronages, including the Invictus Games and the Diana Award.
“His visit is four days long and focusing purely on the patronages,” an insider shared. “[He is] keeping it positive, no courtrooms, just doing the stuff he loved to do and, hopefully, helping some of those causes closest to his heart.”
