Peter Andre and Katie Price hit new milestones amid years of separation

Peter Andre's family is in full celebration mode. 

The Mysterious Girl singer, 52, and his doctor wife, 35, appeared in high spirits as they stepped out to celebrate his new acting role. 

The couple happily posed for the photos at the glitzy Channel 5 event which Emily shared on Instagram, Thursday. 

For context, Pete will be a Greek pathologist in his upcoming show, The Sunshine Murders. 

Interestingly, filming will take place in his parents' homeland of Cyprus. As Pete navigates his latest career turn, Emily has publicly cheered on her husband amid his growing tensions with his ex wife, Katie Price. 

This comes after Katie made a powerful musical comeback. The star's 2017 hit, I Got U, has been re-entered the public after an eight years gap, seeing an incredible resurgence in popularity-interestingly reaching number three in the UK charts and ranking number one on the iTunes Dance Chart.

Moreover, her 2019 dance tune Hurricane has also been climbing up the charts, reaching number six on iTunes.

This has been a much-needed boost for the former couple, who have once again been at loggerheads, with Peter Andre accusing Katie of spreading spreading baseless lies' over the last 16 years.
