Brad Pitt’s F1 shatters records with global box office takeover
Brad Pitt's F1 surpasses 600 million at global Box Office
Brad Pitt’s thrilling racing drama F1 has crossed the $600 million mark at the global box office, becoming one of 2025’s biggest hits.
The Apple Original Films release earned a total of $603.4 million worldwide as of August 24, including $185.9 million from the United States and Canada and an impressive $417.5 million from international audiences.
Nearly 70 percent of the film’s revenue came from overseas, showing its wide appeal around the world.
The movie was directed by Joseph Kosinski, who made Top Gun Maverick, and it did very well in big markets around the world.
China led with $59.2 million, followed by Korea with $35.2 million and France with $30 million. The United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia also added strong numbers, helping the movie stay popular globally.
Experts say the movie’s success comes from its exciting racing sequences, filmed with advanced technology that made it a standout in Imax and other premium formats.
The sports thriller quickly became one of the top-grossing Imax films of the year, showing that audiences are eager for big, immersive cinematic experiences.
With showings continuing in new markets, F1 is expected to climb even higher in the coming weeks.
