David Beckham 'turns rude' after Victoria mocks his bald patch
David Beckham's bald patch drama gets no sympathy from Victoria
David Beckham was left red faced after Victoria roasted his botched buzz-cut.
'It's so funny?'-that's how David Beckham summed up his latest grooming mishap, and the internet can't stop talking about it.
The 50-year-old football icon took to Instagram on Saturday to share an embarrassing moment that occurred while he attempted to give himself a buzz-cut.
In the now-viral clip, Beckham is seen reacting in disbelief after accidently giving himself a bald patch mid-shave.
Trying to revisit the clean-shaven look he famously debuted in 2000 at the peak of his career, the former Manchester United and England midfielder ditched his usual short-back-and-sides for a DIY trim using electric clippers.
But things took a turn when the head of the clippers fell off mid-shave, leaving a noticeable bare patch on the top of his head.
With most of his hair already reduced to fine subtle, Beckham was left with few ways to cover the botched section-making the situation even more awkward.
Sharing his frustration online, he wrote: 'It's 'not funny. So this happened yesterday whilst shaving my head and as you can hear my wife did not find it funny at all @victoriabeckham you do not always need to Be THAT HONEST- I quite it looks awful and yes kids have content @romeobeckham @ cruzbeckham # HarperSeven.
The moment did not pass quietly at home either. Victoria Beckham, clearly amused by the incident, captured the moment in a video shared with her Instagram followers.
In the clip, she offers no mercy: 'It does not look good,' she admits as a crestfallen Beckham reluctantly shows her the bald patch.
'I am going to always be honest with you- it looks terrible.'
Despite the uneven result, Beckham is no stranger to bold hairstyles. His iconic buzz-cut, first seen during a Premier League match against Leicester City over two decades ago, has been a recurring style in his grooming repertoire.
