Anupam Kher shares hilarious experience with 'Hum' co-star
Anupam Kher recently took a trip down memory lane as he shared a hilarious experience with his Hum co-star Amitabh Bachchan, ahead of his upcoming film Metro… In Dino.
The 70-year-old actor, known for his versatile performances across several films, opened up about his past professions beyond acting.
During a recent appearance on The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 3, the Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge star shared, “After I finished my course at National School of Drama, all my formal education from first standard to third ended. I did a massage course for 3 months. I even did massage for 2 months.”
Later in the conversation, Kher recalled a humorous incident with Amitabh, 82, from the set of Hum.
He continued, “During Hum shoot, all Amitabh Bachchan and everyone was sitting. I was giving massage to everyone. I did for Danny. When I was giving massage to Shilpa Shirodkar’s mother, the electricity went off. Shilpa’s mother was saying ‘Oh Anupam!’”
Reflecting on how the Sholay actor teased him, he explained, “Amit Ji shouted, ‘Bring the electricity quickly’.”
Following this revelation, the host of the show, Kapil Sharma, began teasing Kher.
Alongside, the Saaransh star, the cast of his upcoming film Metro… In Dino also appeared in the second episode of the show.
