Prince William sounds alarm: 'Dangerous world'

Future monarch Prince William has joined the battle to save the planet's wildlife as a new champion, appearing in a gripping docuseries that takes people on a journey to the frontlines of conservation.

The Prince of Wales' groundbreaking film shines a spotlight on the unsung heroes working tirelessly to protect endangered species and ecosystems.

William, Princess Kate's husband and King Charles III's eldest son, will honour rangers risking their lives in latest episode of groundbreaking show.

The Royal Foundation and William's 'United for Wildlife' programme released on Friday. The second episode of the global docuseries entitled 'Guardians'.

Kensington Palace also released awe-inspiring clip with stunning details about the project, stating: "In the second episode of Guardians, we follow rangers in The Himalayas as they work to transform long-held perceptions of the snow leopard - once viewed as a threat, now recognised as a vital part of the local ecosystem.

"These brilliant individuals are working together to ensure the long-term survival of the snow leopard, as well as the stunning environment they call home."

The brand-new episode highlights the dangerous world of rangers in the Spiti Valley, high in the Himalayas, who are working to build a sustainable co-existence between snow leopards and local communities.

The series, which launched last week, seeks to redefine our understanding of rangers and the protectors of nature, driving recognition and pride in the vital yet unseen work they do to protect our planet.

'Guardians' was the brainchild of Prince William, and he has voiced the trailer and individual episode introductions.
